Are you ready to start your coaching journey with me?
I help those who identify as grey area drinkers. Grey area drinkers do not have an alcohol dependency or meet the criteria for alcohol use disorder, but they recognise that alcohol is taking up more space in their lives than they'd like. They may use alcohol to cope with stress or emotions, find it difficult to stick to the limits they set themselves, experience increasing negative consequences from drinking, or simply feel that life could be fuller, healthier, and more rewarding if alcohol wasn't playing such a significant role.
You're successful, capable, and from the outside things look fine—but you're tired of questioning your relationship with alcohol.
You're not at rock bottom, but you know drinking is affecting your sleep, energy, focus, mood, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
You want to eat better, be more active, feel healthier, lose weight, have more energy, and make the most of your time—but alcohol keeps pulling you off course.
You've tried cutting back. You've promised yourself "just a few." You've had countless Day Ones. Yet somehow the cycle keeps repeating.
